Friday Fashion Finds

I've been dying over these brogues all week and wanted to show them to ye sooo bad! LOOK LOOK LOOK WHAT I'VE FOUND:

Not only do they have spikes (oddly I love them) but they are MINT!! I love all things mint, even toilette paper, is that possible? Either way I'm a mintster lovin' all things mint!

From the soles you've probably already guessed that they are from ASOS selling a whopping price that would probably break a normal student's bank a/c but some persuading and sucking up wouldn't go astray!

If you follow my blog you will know that in last week's hunt I found a gorgeous River Island bag BUT this week's is even better and it's from River Island!!

The colour is the colour to get right now as clearly seen from Louis Vuitton, Prada and Victoria Beckham!! If you watch any fashion shows or read any magazines you will see bags this colour or shape EVERY WHERE!!! So guess what I'm planning on buying? (I seem to be buying everything lately!)

Rizzle 'Humps' it

Sorry now to all you haters out there, but this is definitely my guilty pleasure right now....(eeek!) Me and the siblings seriously just go CRAZY when this comes on,hence the reason for jumping around with an umbrella, sunglasses and mickie mouse ears (I wish the curtains were closed now). Thank god I'm techno still a kid, any excuse will do!

Work Experience

This week was a totally crazy, fun-filled, accounting week! I have just finished Work Experience at John Holohan's Accounting Practise and I loved every second of it!! I got to use the world-renowned 'The Big Red Book', I did companies bank accounts, payrolls etc. It was a great experience that I could keep on talking about but none of ye are interested in that.

I had to compromise with the photography of my outfits because I was trying to take them myself and couldn't find my tripod, so expect half shots from weird angles! I obvi had to wear very formal office wear but I didn't compromise my style. Your just going to see photos that feature my beloved burgundy red pants because these are the 3 days that I took photos, I forgot the other two my apologies! I actually love that smart, office wear and really dreading getting back into school uniform mode on Monday (sniff). 

On Thursday I wore these black spotted tights but by the end of the day they were tore, I didn't even get a day out of them and I don't even know how they tore! But they were €8 so can't really expect the best of quality...(pffft joke)

I wore this pink tweed jacket twice because I got loads of compliments and tbh it worked my outfit more than me! (I should be ashamed!) It's sooo structured and elegant, totally Chanel inspired but I didn't buy it myself so I'm not trying to be faux. It has a lovely black leather detail at the back and black round buttons at the front, all complementing the jacket to the T.

                                   

Friday Fashion Finds

Sorry haven't blogged all week but have been busy on Work Experience, don't worry will post outfits and the likes tomorrow, but today is Friday and that means Friday Fashion Finds!!

I'm dying over these heels I've found from Topshop and I'm buying them, no doubt about it! I just have to wait 2 weeks, 2 weeks ahhh feels soo long away!! 

They are perfect for SS12 because they are pastel and the heel is rocking a snake print, it's just meant to be. If they don't have them in Dublin I will cry, cry till my heart dies out. I'm thinking mint somewhere either on the clothing or accessories and then neutral like white/ivory and some metallic, just a little, would be perfect. Now just give me the cash ;)

And look what else I have! A gorgeous coral structured bag! The price is soooo good too, only £37 so probably around €60 depending. Even though the colour is WOW the bag is seriously formal and elegant and people will be seriously jealous when your walking down the street, even the dirtiest of streets!

Wardrobe Overload

Yup it's official I NEED A NEW WARDROBE!!! (BTW THIS ISN'T MY ONLY ONE, IT'S ONE OF FOUR!!!!)
It's out of control I have no more space! What am I going to do?! I have a wardrobe in my wall but we can't find doors for it so it's just a full lenth cupboard really and it's seriously annoying because I badly badly NEED it!! And I don't want to stick pole hangers in it because the sun shines in my room and I'm afraid it would fade my clothes over time.
Ideally, I could do with a room for a closet but the chances of me getting that are very very slim. But it's very frustrating because clothes are suppose to be treating with care, and that's a BIG messy bundle. Any suggestions?

Grammys

Can I just start off by sending my condolences to Whitney Houston's family, but the queen herself would not want us to pause the Grammy's cause you know she loved to party so let's shout it for Whit: It's the 54th Grammys!! Who's excited? Hmm going to give my review on who should win, probably won't be close but here goes (random order btw):

R.I.P Whitney Houston

Karl

Karl, Karl, Karl, it's fricking KARL!! He's amazing, interviewing himself, only a ledgend! The intro is spectacular with the man himself starting his eyeballs out at us, I actually wasn't sure what to expect. It's quiet hard to follow but it's really just a lil karl joke! He of course praising and mocking himself, awww Karl...

Can I just say this man seriously dresses too good for his age. That jacket is totally fierce, send me one please!!

"The Little Black Jacket"

In case you haven't heard, Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld are theming up to produce a little book called "The Little Black Jacket". It doesn't take a genius to work out that it's obviously based on Chanel's iconic pieces! The models for the book already have me wanting the book, including SJP, Vanessa Paradis and Alice Dellal! Surprisingly we only have to wait till March 21, let's hope that's 2012 and not 2013!

Random Sunday

I love Sunday's were nothing is planned but you just go along and see what goes. Getting up till 12, brekkie at 1, lunch...skipped somewhat, dinner at 5 and oh junk,junk food! Perfect Sunday catched with a perfect tune:
