Paddy shall be a Paddy

It's Paddy's Day if you hadn't noticed (?!?!)
But I'm Irish and I'm not exactly celebrating. Instead I'll jump around to "Call Me Maybe" livin' the stereotypical American dream:

What's the need to get drink your liver away cos hey you'll regret it when your on your death bed (just saying). Instead do it the subtle old-fashion way, put a twist on the Irish jig, remix Irish céilí music and throw an Irish wig on and your ready to go. Solo yeah? Oh well it's okay it's only once a year.
I'll bake some chocolate brownies and come on over for some traditional Irish Lyons Tea and let's talk about the economy.
I'm serious.
So here's my number, call me maybe?

Charles Worthington Hair Healer

I'm dedicating a post to Charles Worthington Hair Healer today because I just couldn't believe the results when I tried it on Sunday!
My hair has been seriously damaged with two years of home dying (soooooo against that now after what the hairdressers have been telling me-waiting till next Thursday to get my hair dyed) and with all the straightening and curling, my hair is quiet damaged. It felt really dead before after blow-drying it but when I used this leave-in conditioner just before I blow-dry my hair it felt really smooth and soft after! And still does 2 days later! It actually helped tame my hair too cos I've naturally wavy hair but this product gave it a healthy salon look-the one were they can blow-dry your hair without using a hair straightner-yes that look that I can't achieve myself.
Even the price is great too your looking at around €6, of course depending on where you buy but seriously great value for your money! Trip to the shops don't you think?
I really recommend buying it if your after a revitalised look especially seen as it's hard to know with every product claiming that they are No. 1 that but this get's a serious
thumbs up!

Zoe's Shopping Delight

On Saturday Zoe and I hit Dublin to do some Spring shopping and we were quiet disappointed with some shops namely H&M, A|wear, Topshop and Forever 21. I was seriously shocked with Topshop and Forever 21 because I was expecting a pastel themed store when I walked in but all we got was a long walk to a clearance winter wear factory. Hmmmm it's March, the weather is hot, things really aren't looking good for those too....
But H&M was the worse the only thing that was worth buying in there was a pair of socks and even still they weren't the best of quality:

But Zara seriously stole our hearts!! It was like walking into a candy store and wanting every sweet on the shelf despite the price tag. It was a pastel creation not to be reckoned with! I got a gorgeous Dolce & Gabanna inspired  lemon dress and Zoe grabbed herself a green pleated skirt and a lemon print peter pan collar dress:

It was a seriously great day and we even managed to get our first ever paparazzi shot at the Diet Coke promotion at the Benefit counter in Debenhams! Our shot at fame ;)

But the day wouldn't be the same without our usual Peanut Butter smoothies or our sneaky pic'n'mix despite been on lent!

Friday Fashion Finds

I've been dying over these brogues all week and wanted to show them to ye sooo bad! LOOK LOOK LOOK WHAT I'VE FOUND:

I AM DYING, DYIIIIINNNNNNNGGG!!!

Not only do they have spikes (oddly I love them) but they are MINT!! I love all things mint, even toilette paper, is that possible? Either way I'm a mintster lovin' all things mint!
From the soles you've probably already guessed that they are from ASOS selling a whopping price that would probably break a normal student's bank a/c but some persuading and sucking up wouldn't go astray!

If you follow my blog you will know that in last week's hunt I found a gorgeous River Island bag BUT this week's is even better and it's from River Island!!

The colour is the colour to get right now as clearly seen from Louis Vuitton, Prada and Victoria Beckham!! If you watch any fashion shows or read any magazines you will see bags this colour or shape EVERY WHERE!!! So guess what I'm planning on buying? (I seem to be buying everything lately!)

Work Experience

This week was a totally crazy, fun-filled, accounting week! I have just finished Work Experience at John Holohan's Accounting Practise and I loved every second of it!! I got to use the world-renowned 'The Big Red Book', I did companies bank accounts, payrolls etc. It was a great experience that I could keep on talking about but none of ye are interested in that.
I had to compromise with the photography of my outfits because I was trying to take them myself and couldn't find my tripod, so expect half shots from weird angles! I obvi had to wear very formal office wear but I didn't compromise my style. Your just going to see photos that feature my beloved burgundy red pants because these are the 3 days that I took photos, I forgot the other two my apologies! I actually love that smart, office wear and really dreading getting back into school uniform mode on Monday (sniff).
On Thursday I wore these black spotted tights but by the end of the day they were tore, I didn't even get a day out of them and I don't even know how they tore! But they were €8 so can't really expect the best of quality...(pffft joke)
I wore this pink tweed jacket twice because I got loads of compliments and tbh it worked my outfit more than me! (I should be ashamed!) It's sooo structured and elegant, totally Chanel inspired but I didn't buy it myself so I'm not trying to be faux. It has a lovely black leather detail at the back and black round buttons at the front, all complementing the jacket to the T.

Friday Fashion Finds

Sorry haven't blogged all week but have been busy on Work Experience, don't worry will post outfits and the likes tomorrow, but today is Friday and that means Friday Fashion Finds!!
I'm dying over these heels I've found from Topshop and I'm buying them, no doubt about it! I just have to wait 2 weeks, 2 weeks ahhh feels soo long away!!
They are perfect for SS12 because they are pastel and the heel is rocking a snake print, it's just meant to be. If they don't have them in Dublin I will cry, cry till my heart dies out. I'm thinking mint somewhere either on the clothing or accessories and then neutral like white/ivory and some metallic, just a little, would be perfect. Now just give me the cash ;)

I just have to post a photo:

And look what else I have! A gorgeous coral structured bag! The price is soooo good too, only £37 so probably around €60 depending. Even though the colour is WOW the bag is seriously formal and elegant and people will be seriously jealous when your walking down the street, even the dirtiest of streets!
